Who are we?
Hi, I’m Kasey and I am the heart behind Vibing Kiwi Events.
Vibing Kiwi Events was created with a simple idea: kids (and grown-ups) deserve experiences that feel special, not stressful. The kind of moments that feel cozy, elevated, and thoughtfully put together, without parents having to plan every last detail. Because after all, their day is a special kind of day for us parents too.
As a mom, I know how easy it is for celebrations to turn overwhelming. Pinterest pressure, last-minute scrambling, and spending hours setting up just to tear it all down. I wanted something different. I want to bring experiences that feel intentional, visually beautiful, and actually enjoyable for everyone involved.
That is where Vibing Kiwi Events comes in.
Every setup is carefully curated, styled, and handled with care. From the layout and color palettes to the little details that make it feel magical. Whether it’s an indoor sleepover-style vibe, an outdoor movie night, or a themed setup… my goal is always the same:
